Precipitation in TransfeX Transfection Reagent

Is precipitation normal in TransfeX Transfection reagent, ACS-4005?

Occasionally a precipitate may form in the TransfeX transfection reagent (ACS-4005). Cold temperatures may cause the lipid to precipitate out. To get the precipitate back into solution, simply warm the tube at 37oC for a few seconds.
