Control parental cell line for the EML4-ALK Fusion-A549 Isogenic Cell Line Human (ATCC® CCL-185IG ™) cells

Is there a control parental cell line for the EML4-ALK Fusion-A549 Isogenic Cell Line Human (ATCC® CCL-185IG ™) cells?

Yes. The EML4-ALK fusion A549 isogenic cell line was created from the parental A549 (ATCC® CCL-185 ™) lung carcinoma cell line.  The echinoderm microtubule-associated protein-like 4 (EML4)  - anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) fusion oncogene is a common genetic abnormality, especially in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
