Cytotoxicity assays PCS-800-019

Do these cells displaying cytotoxic killing in vitro?

Yes, these cells will exhibit cytotoxic activity in vitro against classical natural killer cell targets.

Studies at ATCC have shown that these cells exhibit in vitro toxicity against K-562-GFP (ATCC® CCL-243-GFP) cells. Common cell lines for use as targets for in vitro cytotoxicity assays with natural killer cells

include K-562 (ATCC® CCL-243), Daudi (ATCC® CCL-213), Raji (ATCC® CCL-86), Jurkat, Clone E6-1 (ATCC® TIB-152) and HL-60 (ATCC® CCL-240).
