ATCC 36031 name change

Why was ATCC® 36031™ renamed?

ATCC® 36031™ was re-identified as Fusarium keratoplasticum (still within the Fusarium solani species complex) based on the multigene sequence analysis (ITS and D1D2 sequencing).  The testing was performed in January 2017 and the DNA sequences are available in GenBank and on our website.
