Application A plasmid pair used to construct a gene expression system via a TetR homolog-based repression system.

Comments LitR, a TetR homolog, is a transcriptional regulator from Vibrio bacteria.
This pair of product includes two plasmids: pENTR_L1L2_ LitR contains a TetR homolog, LitR, (ATCC SB-1089) and pENTR_L4R1_ pGPD-LitR contains an ATCC synthetic promoter, pGPD- LitR, (ATCC SB-1069). They are two of DNA parts in the ATCC Synthetic Biology Yeast Tool Kit for building gene circuits in yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
