Comments Exosomes are subcellular nanoparticles of size 50-200 nm released from cells through a fusion of multicellular bodies with plasma membrane. The exosomes are purified from cell culture medium of prostate adenocarcinoma cell line PC-3 (ATCC CRL-1435). The exosomes are purified and concentrated using tangential flow filtration system in a sterile environment. The purified exosomes were further filtered through 0.2 micron sterile filters.
